Growing up having been heavily involved in sports from a young age, approaching everything with the attitude to give it go, my passion for sports and training lead me to pursue and complete a degree in sport coaching.
I enjoy the feeling of training, staying healthy and fit, my background involves softball, boxing, athletics, rugby/league, and recently just competed in my first power lifting competition. I believe being involved in sports is a microcosm of everyday life, helping reinforce working towards goals and achievements.
Being involved in sport and exercise is a part of my everyday life I would not have it any other way.
