I have been involved in various sports. Including rugby/league, touch, boxing and athletics. My passions for sports led me into pursuing a Bachelor of Sports Coaching. During my journey, I have worked with everybody of all shapes, sizes and ages and have had the privilege to be apart of there transformation. Having coached various sports teams and being involved with sports specific types of training as a part of my degree and participation as an athlete, I have gained a deep understanding of peoples specific training needs. As a trainer, I believe that health and fitness should be an enjoyable journey where positive changes are made both mentally and physically. I really believe in "helping people be better through health and fitness".
