Ever since I was young I have always enjoyed working out and challenging myself. I played basketball throughout high school then started boxing and training in MMA. I mucked around a lot for a few years and found myself in a bad place. Ever since I got back into the gym and started reaching my goals and seeing the results, I felt a lot better about myself. Friends started asking me for advice about weight training, this triggered something in me. I love watching people transform their body by working hard and really pushing themselves. From training with several trainers, I knew I wanted to do what they did. Now here I am.
