Sprint School


An introductory level into speed training. This covers anyone wanting to improve their general fitness right through to those wanting to better themselves in their chosen sport. Sprint school allows you to be involved in exercise and training with an emphasis and focus towards developing you energy system to cope with speed endurance, breaking down your own running bio-mechanics to make sure you are moving more efficiently, and combining weights and gym exercises that then can be applied directly towards being faster and more explosive.
